Yes — every candidate in our pool has been reviewed and verified before we present them to an employer. We confirm trade certifications, relevant tickets (H2S Alive, CSTS, Fall Protection, etc.), work history, and compliance requirements. You receive qualified candidates, not unvetted resumes.

Yes. We regularly place workers on camp-based and remote industrial sites. When submitting your workforce request, simply indicate that camp accommodation is required and we will match candidates who are willing and able to work those conditions.

No. You apply once and your profile stays active in our candidate database. We match you to current and upcoming opportunities as they come in — you do not need to reapply each time.

Requirements vary by trade and employer. Common tickets we see requested include H2S Alive, CSTS, Fall Protection, Confined Space, WHMIS, and First Aid. CWB certification is required for most welding roles. Having your tickets current significantly improves your placement speed.

Do you place apprentices as well as journeymen?

Yes. We place workers at all certification levels — apprentices, journeymen, and Red Seal holders. Indicate your level in the application and we will match you to appropriate opportunities.

Can I specify that I only want local work (no camp)?

Absolutely. Your work preferences — including local-only, camp-willing, shift type, and travel availability — are captured in the application form. We only present you with opportunities that match what you have indicated.
